Oral Hygeine Day 2026

The Department of Pharmacy Practice observed World Oral Hygiene Day on March 18th and 20th to promote awareness about the importance of oral hygiene.
As part of the program, a poster presentation was conducted on 18th March for First Year Diploma students on the theme of “oral hygiene”. The activity was coordinated by Mrs. Swetha, Assistant Professor, Department of Pharmacognosy, who guided and encouraged students throughout the preparation and presentation process.
On 20th March, an awareness video on oral hygiene practices, created by Second Year PharmD students, showcasing essential oral care practices and emphasizing the significance of maintaining oral health in daily life was officially released by the Principal, Dr. KSG Arulkumaran, KTN College of Pharmacy.
The program was coordinated by Dr. Aparna KS, Assistant Professor, Department of Pharmacy Practice, and was successfully conducted with the aim of enhancing awareness on oral health.
