REPORT ON REPUBLIC DAY CELEBRATION – 2026

The77th Republic Day of India was observed with due respect and patriotic spirit on 26 January 2026 Monday at KTN College of Pharmacy.

The programme commenced with the hoisting of the National Flag by the Principal, Dr. K. S. G. Arul Kumaran. Following the flag hoisting, the principal delivered the Republic Day address, highlighting the importance of the Indian Constitution, democratic values, and the responsibilities of citizens in nation building.

The event began with a welcome address by the Union Coordinator, Mr. G. Jayaprakash, who warmly welcomed the gathering and emphasized the significance of celebrating Republic Day. The Union Chairman, Mr. Mohammed Naseef K, also delivered the Republic Day message, inspiring the participants to uphold national values.

The celebration was witnessed by approximately 20 students and faculty members, who participated with enthusiasm and patriotism. As a mark of happiness and to foster a sense of community, sweets were distributed among the participants. The programme concluded in a dignified and orderly manner.
