10+2 examination with Physics and chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects Maths or Biology with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate for optional subjects
Apass in D.Pharrm course with minimum of 50% marks from an institution approved by PCI u/s 12 of Pharmacy Act
Age of the student should complete 17 years on/before 31st dec of the year of admission
